Analytics and Reporting

You can report on and visualize your PSA data using the following options:

  • PS Cloud Analytics
  • PSA Reporting Expansion Pack

PS Cloud Analytics

The lenses, dashboards, and datasets held in PS Cloud Analytics enable you to view, analyze, and perform actions on your PSA data. Depending on your business requirements, you can choose to create a PSA Core Analytics app, or a PSA Core Analytics app and a PSA Advanced Analytics app. The PSA Core Analytics app is required to provide the data displayed in the dashboards created by the PSA Advanced Analytics app.

PSA Reporting Expansion Pack

A set of default reports and dashboards has been provided with PSA Spring 2023. The default reports are in a separate package that can be installed after installing PSA Spring 2023.

The expansion pack enables you to create a range of dashboards and reports to report on your PSA data. Refer to the following pages for information related to using these reports and dashboards.
